A light and airy penthouse apartment (floor 7) with a small balcony giving views over the city centre located in the modern development Latitude. It is conveniently located -a mere 8-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station and 5-minutes from the famous Bullring shopping centre. It's a good sized double room with sole access to the main bathroom (bath and shower). Open plan living with wifi broadband and sky already in place. A secure parking space is available. As for me I'm fairly easy going, I do some shift work so occasionally work odd hours. I'm gay so if that is a problem best to look elsewhere.
