Big Double room in central Leamington Spa : Leamington Pa : £104pw Big double room with double bed, sofa, drawers in spacious regency flat in the centre of town. Very close to station and just across the road from Jephson Gardens. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. Big kitchen with 6 seater table and lots of cupboard space. Bills are included and wifi is available at £7 a month. This is a perfect short term let up to the end of August 2012. All tenants will then be leaving at the same time as the flat will be taken over by a local university. Would suit someone in town for the summer. The new flatmate MUST be clean and tidy and be prepared to do their share of the cleaning of the flat (not that much really). They must also be respectful of other flatmates (anyone who likes to make LOADS of noise would be better suited somewhere else). Despite its very central location this is not a party flat - this must be stressed! One of the existing flatmates is a mature male student studying education in Oxford. The other is a 24 yo recent film studies graduate. The new flatmate would ideally be a professional looking for a short-term let or a foreign student in town for the summer. We don't care about your race or sexual orientation, we just care about your ability to be respectful of other people. Other than that we're pretty chilled out. This is a great space to live in.
