Two Double Rooms Just Off Kings Heath High St!! : Kings Heath : £58pw So far have been three people in this four bedroomed house but two are moving out as they have finished University, leaving two double rooms available. The house is a thirty second walk to the High Street, three minutes to the bus stop with very regular buses. The main rules are to clean up after yourselves and stick to a cleaning rota, and to keep the noise down on weekday nights. Respect is all I really ask for from housemates. Smoking is fine outside or at the kitchen door if it is open. There is also a kitten in the house, about eight months old.
