The room is a house share in a newly refurbished victorian house. The house is located just off the Erdington High Street. The rent includes all bills, internet as well as a cleaner who comes regularly and maintaines shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, staircases etc.) very clean. This is one of the best places Ive lived in.
