Available for short stay or long stay as follows: Short Stay Option: 2 month stay from June 1st until Mid August for undergrad or postgrad student. Long Stay Option: Available for an MSc/PhD student starting a course in Sept 2012, with the option of moving in on 1st June or in Mid August. This house is located close to the city centre in a parking permit zone therefore a car parking space is not available. This room is only available to students. This is clean house and everyone is required to help to keep the shared areas clean. The room rent per month is paid at the start of each month and includes superfast internet, TV licence, Freeview satellite TV, and water rates.
