Single room in Kidderminster for a quiet person : Kidderminster : £52pw I have one single room to rent to a quiet person. The rent is £225 per calendar month paid in advance. The room is in my home in Kidderminster which is approx' 15 miles from Worcester and 20 miles from Birmingham with good transport links to both. Non smoker preferred however smokers may smoke outside only. I have one existing lodger in another room, he is quiet and considerate. The room has a comfortable single bed with storage under. there are cupboards and hanging space also a desk with seat. A TV is in the room and terrestrial digital decoder, wireless broadband internet access is available with no extra charge(provide your own WI-FI enabled computer). Shared use of bathroom with shower. Shared use of kitchen with cupboards and fridge/freezer oven hob microwave etc , pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are all provided. There are no extra charges for electricity, gas, water, council tax or the up to 30mb WI-FI Virgin media cable broadband access. I have a cat so you must like cats.
