Professional House Share : Bordesley Green : £78pw Second Avenue, Bordesley Green B9 I’m looking for the last house mate to share a fully furnished 4-bed detached house in Second Avenue, just off Green Lane. You need to be between 20 – 30 and a working professional. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower. There is also a second toilet. Large private garden and storage. - BT Total wireless Broadband - Sky TV - Gas Central heating - Gated access - Close to amenities Off road parking is available and a we’re on a city centre bus route which takes 10 minutes and we’re 15 minutes walk to Heartlands Hospital. Apart from being reasonably tidy and a responsible flatmate, there are no other house rules. Currently living in the house are two lads (Ian 31 who works at Millennium Point and Brian 28 who’s a tacher). I’ve two room available at £340 and £360 pcm and includes all bills (broadband, gas, elec, council tax etc).
