Nice Room In Edgbaston Available Now - Fast, Reliable Internet, Friendly Professional House... : Birmingham : £64.61pw Are you looking to join a relaxed house share, with all bills included, where you can live near the City Centre with other working professionals? We’re a friendly group that work hard and like to have fun. We’re currently 2 girls and 3 boys (2 teaching assistants, a researcher at Birmingham University, an SEO consultant in the City Centre and a manageress in the City Centre). We’re aged between 20 and 34 and didn’t know each other when we all moved in over the last few weeks. Most of us enjoy cooking and don't mind sharing pans etc if needed, although everything you would need is supplied anyway, and we're all easy going and easy to get along with. Ideally the girls would like another girl to talk to, but would also welcome another friendly male with similar interests, as long as they clean up after themselves, and respect those of us that sometimes bring our work home to finish in the evenings. When you move in, you are invited to our facebook group "House Share Hookup" where we can contribute ideas and arrange nights out with other house mates of similar ages and interests from other houses too. It's pretty cool if you don't know many people yet. We love the house, and look after it well. The garden is also well taken care of and is ideal to enjoy BBQ’s in the hot weather. The location is ideal for commuting into the City, and it’s easy to get around. But if you’re looking in Edgbaston you probably already know why it is such a good area. The house is warm, clean and generally a nice place to live. Plus there’s plenty of on street parking which is a bonus… The rooms are fully furnished with bed, brand new Orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, a writing desk and chair if you like to get creative, There are 2 rooms with showers and 2 toilets which is practical and convenient. Plus you can pick up a strong broadband signal anywhere in the house which is another bonus. There’s a LCD TV on the way for the common room too which will be good to be able to watch the football together on and whatever else you’re into.
