Large double loft room in friendly Malvern houseshare : Malvern : £55pw We are three environmentally and community minded people looking for a fourth person to share a large house near Barnards Green. The house has a lounge, dining room, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen, utility room and workshop in the patio garden. So lots of space! We are in our late twenties and early thirties. Our interests amongst us include growing organic veg, cycling, making things, cooking, baking, pubs, live music and playing guitar to name a few. We're looking to create a friendly, chilled home. We all like a bit of our own peace and quiet, but would also like to share meals, resources, music and good times. The largest room in the house is for rent at £240 exc bills (council tax will be £28 each a month). It's a spacious attic room with it's own sink and is rented unfurnished (although the landlord has some furniture he can loan to us). It will be available from the 9th June when our tenancy agreement on the house starts. Any questions give us a shout.
