Double room to rent in house in Moseley : Moseley : £74pw I have a large double room to rent out, which is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side table and desk if required. The room is in a 1930s four bedroom non-smoking house, with a living room, large kitchen/dining room, shower room, bathroom and garden. All the bills except phone are included in the rent, including cable TV, broadband, utilities and council tax. The house is a 10 minutes walk to from Kings Heath and 20 minutes walk from Moseley. Both areas have a large range of nice bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a local shop just round the corner. There are a number of bus routes nearby. There's ample parking on the street if you have a car. I'm very sociable and clean/tidy, easy to live with, so would like to live with someone similar!
