The rent is £250 pcm, not including bills, which amount to roughly £100-150 each pcm. We are looking for a professional female who could move in on 1st July at the very latest for a 12 month contract. We could discuss moving in before this date but the contract would still be 12 months from July. We are two professional females aged 21 and 23, laid back neat and tidy, especially in communal areas. The house is fully furnished, has a large living room, dining area, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with bath/shower. We are equipped with washing machine/dryer, broadband and sky+ TV. There are good regular bus links into the city centre. There is no smoking inside the house but easy access to the back garden, which we use fairly regularly.
