£350pcm, Rubery (B45): "Clean well presented 3 bed house South Birmingham" I have a 3 bed house and am looking to rent out one of the spare rooms, it is fully furnished and decorated. there will be the use of a shared livingroom, kitchen, garden and 3rd bedroom which is used for washing. I am generally out of the house Monday - Friday 8am - 6. 30pm and varies at the weekend. I aldo have a small dog. The house is at the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac with a park to the side.
