£300pcm, Erdington (B24): "Room for rent" This is a tidy fully furnished house. There are 2 males and myself sharing the house. There are 3 bedrooms as my partner and I share a room. We have 2 beagle dogs as well so are preferably looking for someone who is a dog lover. They stay downstairs and are not allowed upstairs so will not be of any inconvenience.
