£100pw, Solihull (B91): "Double room in Solihull centre" Looking to rent out the second double room in my three bedroom flat. The room is unfurnished. Unfortuntely there is no parking with the property, but excellent public transport links are seconds away. Situated next to Touchwood shopping centre you coudnt be any closer to the shops. I work shifts, so will often find the you have the flat to yourself. Wirelss broadband included in rent.
