Spatious room for tidy FEMALE : Earlsdon : £43pw Hi, I am a serious and clean second year student. Me and 2 other female students aw well, we are looking for 1 other girl to move in with us in a really nice house on Kensington Road, Earlsdon, within walking distance to Coventry University (20 minutes). The price would be £170/month for the last available room, single room, which is a pretty spacious room, and it could also be a double, we will just have to talk to the landlord to supply a double bed. It would be ideally to see the room, and the house as it is a really nice house and the price for the room's size is actually pretty low, comparing with other shared rooms that i've seen, small and expensive. We will move in at the end of the month. more exactly 1st of May. But you can also move in later, as my bf will take the room for now. Somebody to move from the 1st of june would be perfect.
