The room is quite big, with double bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror, etc. The house is on 79 Warwards Lane, Selly Oak, next to Selly Park 10 mins from the Co-operative store and 2 min from the bus stop. Also the Bournville Train Station is 10 mins away. You can get to the city centre for 15 mins either with the train or the bus. I am letting it for a month since I am leaving Birmingham earlier and the room will be available from 20th May till the end of June.
