I have for rent a room in my apartment, as my flatmate is moving out shortly, the room isn't the biggest but has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and shelving unit, and window that over look's a canal that runs past our block, which is also lovely to walk along in the summer. There are two bathroom's one with a shower, and a family with a bath (shower to be fitted shortly) an arrangement can be came to about how this would work. The apartment consists of a stylish lounge and kitchen, with 42inch TV, L shaped sofa and other furnishings, the kitchen has lots of storage space, a large fridge and washer/tumble dryer. Rent is £300 per month, with a £300 deposit. Bill's on top, usually around £80 but depending on usage,.. Bills to be payed are Water, Electric, TV Licence, Phone and Broadband. I myself am 21, i am gay and out, I work full time close by, alternate shifts between mornings and weekend's 4 days per week. I am friendly and sociable with a good sense of humor, i get along with people of all ages, as i can be mature for mine. I like going out with friends and socializing, as well as night's in front of the telly.
