Its a 3bed flat in Yardley walking distance from the Yew Tree.. Its me and my cousin..so 1 girl 1 boy... Looking for preferably a female, but boys are welcomed,, Must be working professional.... or students will have to be mature, clean and tidy!! will consider couples but bare in mind its a single room!!! The room is a single, but it currently has a double bed etc.. but i would say large single. There's enough space. Rent will be £260per month + some bills Deposit of £300..
