**Double room available in friendly house in Moseley** : Moseley : £81pw A double room has become available in our shared house in Moseley. We are looking for a young professional to come and join the 3 of us (1 boy and 2 girls, also young professionals – 2 teachers & a physio). The bedroom is unfurnished but the house is well-fitted and modern with laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen is particularly nice and has a dishwasher and a washing machine and other such things! See attached pictures. There is a large garden out the back of the house. Parking is available on the drive. The rent is £350 and this includes all bills including council tax, water and electricity including quick WiFi. The room will be available from early in May. Ideally, we would prefer a non-smoker and no pets also. Moseley itself is a lovely place to live. Moseley village has good transport links into the city centre and has all local amenities.
