Amazing house in Moseley requires new housemate! : Moseley : £60pw Was originally 4 schoolmates living together but unfortunately one of us decided that he is having a baby and moving out with his fiancee! The house is amazing, very large detached house with double garage in a really modern and quiet cul de sac. Its not only the house itself that its amazing but its also location location location. Max 5 mins walk into the centre of Moseley Village which if you know Moseley is bustling with nightlife and things to do. Couldn't believe how lucky we were getting this for 1000 pcm and the room we are offering is a fully furnished double room (front facing)for only 260 pcm (not including the bills) About us...we are 3 lads that love our sport and get quite lively on our weekend nights out. In the week though we love nothing better than to relax and watch the 60 inch TV in the lounge and always have interesting conversation being 3 graduates! If you can fit into this category you will find you wont just gain a house share but also a great bunch of friends that are always up to stuff.
