£400pcm, Solihull (B90): "Double furnished room to rent" I have a 2 bedroom house in Dickens Heath. There is parking available outside, a nice lounge, kitchen/diner and a small garden. Its close to the village centre with a tesco and some bars. Ive got lots of friends and family that also live in Dickens Heath village. I work hard all week and spend my evenings at the gym or out. I rarely have a night in, but that may because I live alone at the moment.
