Unfurnished double room available in a friendly, well presented and pleasant victorian house. Small garden which will be great for summer time, easy access to town and local areas such as Harborne and Edgbaston. The house is situated on a dead end road which makes it safe and quiet. House consists of living room, kitchen, cellar, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with shower and bath, 2x double bedrooms and garden. All bill are included in the price. Couples are welcome however I would have to charge £400 to cover all costs. I do own a small ,friendly cocker spaniel who is great with people and other animals. I work full time as a professional in the city. I am a social, friendly, happy and bubbly person who likes to go out at the weekends and spend time with friends.
