Single Room in Leamington Spa in Friendly 3 bed Semi Detatched House : Leamington Spa : £81pw We are a 23 year old male and 29 year old female living in a recently refurbished semi Detatched house in Leamington Spa (between Cubbington and Lillington). We are looking for someone to occupy the spare single bedroom due to our previous housemate moving out of the area. The bedroom has a single bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of draws. The house has an open plan kitchen/dining room, living room, garage, downstairs w/c, shared bathroom and large garden which is perfect for lazing around on a hot summers day. There is a bus stop outside the house which takes you straight into Leamington Town centre, which is a 5-7 minute drive by car or 35 minute walk. There is also a small Tesco nearby as well as various other local shops. We are clean, laid back, friendly and social and are looking for a similar non-smoking professional male or female of a similar age. There is a minimum 6 month contract.
