There is also a large garden which is perfect for BBQ's. The house is situated a few min walk from Erdington high street where there is a good bus service to the center of Birmingham it is a 10 min walk to Erdington train station, there is also a Tesco store round the corner as well. You will be living with 2 polish girls called Monica and Sophie who are in their 20's I am looking for a tidy male or female (non smoking) working professional to rent my room.
