Over the years the house has been mainly let to students aged 18-30. I am looking for more tenants; it recently became available after being let to European students whose time in the UK is now over. There is a sociable mix of people in residence. So far, one male working student and two working people, they’re aged 21-27. The house has good sized, double rooms. It is located on Slade Road, Erdington, B23 7JX. It’s good for the trains because it is close to Gravelly Hill Station and jsut a few stops to the city. Its also good for the buses to the city centre and university campuses. It is a nice house and is of a good standard as it is licensed as House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) by Birmingham City Council. Inside it’s well decorated and there are: 2 bathrooms (each with a shower), 2 kitchens (one with dining area), TV lounge with sofas. Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer. Fire alarm system with emergency lights. Microwave, kettles, toaster, utensils etc. are all supplied. The house is fully double glazed with free gas central heating in all rooms. There is a rear garden, for privacy; it’s just had a new fence and there is paved area which is nice to use in the summer. Its very close to a wide selection of sensibly priced local shops and close to bus stops and the train The landlord pays: Water rates, TV Licence, Broadband, Electric and Gas. The individual weekly room rate including all of the above services is £67. Please add £4 per week to pay for council tax if you are not in full-time education.
