Excellent transport links. : Ward End : £60pw HI there! :) We are siblings(brother and sister) both students(23-24years of age), looking for a house mate to share a single room in a 3-bedroom, Walking distance to Heartlands Hospital. Gas, electricity water-bills and broadband internet included. The room is decent sized, fully furnished with a single bed,bed side table a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. We are looking for a MUSLIM female, ideally a working professional or a student to approach us. We are neat and quiet, and are very friendly. We respect you if you like keeping to yourself or having a bit of a laugh :D ! No smoking, no pets or drinking. We are clean so we like to keep the kitchen/bathroom clean at all times, the bathroom has shower facilities. We have fibre-optic cable broadband at home.
