£250pcm, Cotteridge (B30): "Lovely house one double room available" One room available from the 6th Dec. This house is in a secluded cul de sac and a few minutes walk to a train station. There are five other housemates, all easy to get on with and whom keep the house tidy and dont play loud music. The house has a cleaner who comes once a week and this is included in the 250 per calendar month rent, as is the water bill. I am happy to arrange viewings at any time during the day.
