£70pw, Shirley (B90): "Room available in quiet residential neighbourhood" I own a very tidy and respectable house in a quiet residential area. Off road parking available and storage space in garage. Looking for M-F or short term lets preferably to see how things go. I would like to share with a sociable outgoing person who would occasionally like to have a chat over a glass of wine and dinner who would at the same time respect my home whilst feeling relaxed there during the week.
