£220pcm each, Bournbrook (B29): "2 large double rooms to rent in nice area" 2 large fully furnished double rooms available (happy to rent to individuals or 2 that already know each other). If we only fill one place and are unable to fill the other then rent will be 275. Our current contract expires on 28th June 2014, at which point we would ideally like to sign a new 12 month contract. We have not yet begun negotiating the terms of this contract so rent may increase slightly at this point.
