Single room with Sky+ and WiFi : Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham : £81pw We are a laid back but tidy couple who have a single room available. The room has a sky+ box and there is WiFi to the whole property. There is a bathroom with shower opposite the room and you would have sole use except when we have guests to stay. Our house is in a quiet location off of Penns Lane. There is parking available and bus/train services are within walking distance. We do not allow smoking or pets in the house. One months rent is required as a deposit and the first months rent in advance along with an employers reference. If you would like any more information please get on touch.
