The apartment has stunning views and overlooking most of the city. Its close to both New Street/Moor Street station and walking distance to Colmore Row and the Bullring. The rent can be negotiable dependant on the term of the let. For couples the rent would be 750 per month. I work hard in the week and conversely enjoy to let my hair down at the weekend and un-wind.
