The University of Birmingham, Q.E Hospital location(Double room, £310 / pm) : Birmingham : £72pw Excellent access to The University of Birmingham, Q.E Hospital and city center Within a few mins walk to University station The room is large double room and fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of draws, mirror including open plan Kitchen with designer sofas and appliances washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezers, microwave. Regrettably I have to move London to work, so the room is available now until the end of June 2013 academic year. If you're interested in the room, we'll contract by direct housing agency. So, it is safe to maintain your accommodation's condition. The other housemate is a student (male) of university Birmingham who is majoring in MBA and very nice and clean.
