The house itself is a modern 3 bed semi with a garage within 2 minutes walk of supermarkets (Tesco), shops and pubs. Parking is available on the road. There is a bus stop around the corner for regular bus services into the city centre and elsewhere. Chester Road train station is 20 minutes walk from the property.
