Double room in Friendly, Spacious & Modern flat in the city centre with a professional guy : Birmingham : £70pw Hi! I’m looking for a young, sociable and clean flatmate to share my spacious, modern, part-furnished flat in Birmingham City centre. The room costs £300/month, bills typically come to £100/month each on top and it’s just a few walk to the Bullring. The flat's great- A huge entrance hall leads into a bright, large & clean open plan kitchen/lounge (see photos), there's a nice shared bathroom and the flat is quiet and private (not overlooked). The bedroom is light and clean with a south facing window and blinds, but will not have a bed since my current flatmate is taking it with her. The rest of the flat is fully furnished. It’s a 4th floor flat (there is a lift!), and the whole block is very secure, with a door-code for street entry, and gated, allocated off-street parking included. I'm a 23yr old Birmingham Uni grad now working as an engineer, I'm sociable, easygoing, enjoy sports and generally keeping busy and having fun. My ideal flatmate would be a similarly young professional, male or female is fine, clean, sociable and lighthearted - it's a bonus if you can cook! The price is fantastic for what is it - you won't find something as nice any cheaper or closer to the city.
