£80pw each, Redditch (B97): "Double room to rent close to town centre " We have furnished double rooms available in our 3 bedroom end terrace home located within 5 minutes walk of Redditch town centre, very close to Bus and Train networks. Very tidy clean house with lovely garden. We have a little kitten so ideally need someone who is ok with a cat. We are both smokers however we only smoke outside and although we are welcome to both smokers and non smokers we dont permit smoking within the home.
