I am a live-in landlord renting out two separate spacious, furnished double bedrooms with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. You will need your own bed linen though. I have two lovely, friendly boxer dogs so I am looking for tenants who are happy to live with dogs too. Being a teacher myself, I would preferably like to live with a professional, someone who is tidy and between ages of 23-40. Preferably a shift worker or someone who works different hours to me so the dogs are alone all day. However, I am very sociable as well and would be nice to have the company.
