(Students Only ) Double room available in a six bed house/ 15 min walk to uni : Coventry : £69pw This is a great 6 bed house, with 3 girls and 2 boys who are all students at coventry University. Rent is around £297 a month excluding bills. Its a terraced house with a lovely garden, 2 bathrooms, three floors. The majority of the people living here are second year paramedics and are really lovely people. The reason the room is available Is because I have dropped out as I would like to stay at home this year instead.
