The house is shared by friendly young professionals and erasmus students. All the bills such as gas , electricity , council tax , water rates, wireless broadband are all included within the rent (and a cleaner once a week so no more arguing about cleaning rotas!) There is no shared lounge but the kitchen does have a nice area to sit down.
