Single room in modern house with great transport links! : Northfield : £58pw Furnished or unfurnished single room available in a quiet area 1mile from Northfield high street, and 10 minute walk to trains and buses. Their is a garden with decking and a bbq. Parking is on street, but we are in a quiet cul de sac and space is never a problem. The kitchen, utility, dining room and toilet are on the ground floor. My own bedroom and lounge on the 1st floor. And the other bedrooms and family bathroom are on the 2nd floor. Sky tv and wifi are included as are the utility bills with the exception of council tax which is shared between the housemates. Short term lets considered. To share with 2 or 3 others, currently 2 proffessional females aged 25 and 35.
