I am a professional who works full time as well attending activites outside of work. The room is classed as a single room but can easy fit a double bed in if needed. The house is Semi-detached house on popular housing estate within easy access of motorway, hospital (10 min walk ) and town centre. The property includes Sky/Cable and broadband and all bills will also be included. There is a garage which you are more than welcome to use as storage and a large back garden with decking.
