Room available in 2 bedroom flat in Moseley : Moseley : £78pw Hello! There is a cosy double room available in a lovely flat in Moseley! The room is nice and bright, there is a bed, a built-in wardrobe and a bedside table at the moment but you can add a chest of drawers/shelves behind the door if you wish to. The flat is on the first floor, there is another bedroom (mine), bathroom with bath and shower over the bath, living room and kitchen (with fridge, freezer, oven, hobs, washing machine) I am not the owner of the flat, I rent it but the landlord doesn’t live far and is always ready to help if any problem occurs. I am a very laid back, easy to get on with person, I love other peoples’ company but also value my own space sometimes! The area is nice and quiet, few minutes walk from Moseley Village and Kingsheath High Street and close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. Off street parking available too. Bills included.
