As I will be mostly based abroad I want to rent out the second room which is a double room (unfurnished) (can be flexible) with supplied with a double bed. All bills included (subject to fair use). Situated in radford off the foleshill road, transport links are fantastic and only a 15 mins walk to the city centre or coventry university. I can facilitate for couples however this would occur a surchage of £45 pcm to accomodate for the increase in bills. I will not be in the property much so I need someone who is honest and trustworthy who will keep the property to a high standard, (sorry but ideally not looking for undergraduates - postgrads fine).
