Single room in a shared house : Radford : £40pw I am looking to rent a single in a three bedroom in a shared house. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre and available now. The house has a shared kitchen and a shared shower/toilet. There is a lockable bed room which has a single bed, wardrobe and draws. The house is clean and well maintained.
